Lil Jon sampled Slayer?

Kind of, but if you check the production notes it’s more like Rick Rubin sampled himself.

Man do I wanna play this at Chili Cook Off super bad!!! I think it’s a little over the top with the F-Bombs. Maybe I can find the instrumental an make a mash-up

SLAYER- Raining Blood

Sample appears at: 0:33

LIL JON- Stop F***ing With Me

Sample appears at: 0:40 (and throughout)

Bootleg EP Coming Soon

I’ve been hard at work over the last month mashing some of my favorite tracks together and making custom edits. Here are a few previews.

The first single is PSA 808. For those of you with an eclectic music taste, you’ll recognize both tracks. It’s the vocal of Jay-Z’s Public Service Announcement off The Black Album (2003) mixed with the instrumental of Bassnectar’s The 808 Track featuring Mighty High Coup off the Wildstyle EP (2010). As many of you know, this is something that I had been doing live in my sets for quite some time.

The second single is my bootleg of two of 2011′s biggest tunes; Jessie J’s Domino and Calvin Harris’ Feel So Close. I had actually seen a couple of people do edits of this before, but I wanted to do it my way so I extended the breakdown section to leave the “meat” of the song without vocals (per the original instrumental).

The third single is titled Shake That Lizard. I’m becoming more and more intrigued by this budding genre of Moombahton and this is the track that sold me on it. Will Bailey is one of my all time favorite producers. His ability to dominate in multiple production styles amazes me. The instrumental track is called Lizard and one day just while screwing around on the decks, I happened to mash it with the A cappella of Eminem’s Shake That. The rest is now history. Take a listen!!!
